Start to Finish Process Flow

1.

Your medical provider submits a referral and medication order that has been selected for you, along with your contact information.

2.

One of our patient care coordinators contacts you on the receipt of your prescription to verify your information.

3.

Our expert benefit investigators and insurance specialists coordinate with your health care plan to conduct a complete review of benefits with your insurance provider(s).

4.

Once approved, our experienced pharmacist and nursing team will contact you to coordinate your infusion therapy at home.

5.

The clinical team will send your medications and supplies to your home. A nurse will often accompany to teach you how to administer the medication.

6.

You will receive a call within 48 hours of administering the drug so that our care team can follow-up with you and record how your treatment went.
